team@iconics.studio — we read every message. Telling us your iOS version and which resort you were looking at makes a bug far easier to track down.
Why does every resort show 0 cm?
Almost certainly because it is summer where you are looking. The forecast is live, so in July the Alps and North America genuinely have no snow. Switch the region tab to Australia & New Zealand or South America, which are mid-season then — and in January the picture reverses.
Why is this resort ranked above that one?
Every card breaks its own score down by factor, so you can see exactly which ones carried it. If the result does not match your priorities, open the gear icon and move the sliders under What matters to you; the list re-ranks immediately. Weights are normalised across the factors that have live data, so a resort is never punished for data that simply is not available.
The distance column is empty
Distance needs location permission. Tap Use my location, or enable it in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Compare Snow. Everything else works without it — distance just stops contributing to the ranking.
A price, pass or webcam link is wrong
Prices and pass coverage are estimates collected for comparison and they drift over the season. Tell us which resort and what you saw, and we will correct the dataset. Always confirm the real price with the resort before booking.
Does it cost anything?
No. There is no account, no subscription and nothing to buy inside the app. Some lodging links are affiliate links, which is what funds it — they never change the rankings.
